1. General principle
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, work already completed, third-party costs and the terms agreed in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
2. Work already performed
Fees relating to work already completed, approved or committed may not be refundable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
3. Third-party charges
Payments made to advertising platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, software vendors, apps or other third parties are generally outside WE4SITES' refund control and may be non-refundable.
4. Cancellation requests
Clients should submit cancellation or refund requests in writing. WE4SITES will review the request against the applicable scope, payment terms and work status.
5. Package services
For fixed-period packages, the final refund or cancellation treatment should follow the signed proposal or service agreement. No refund should be assumed solely because a particular marketing result was not achieved.
